This morning President Biden, Prime Minister Albanese and Prime Minister Sunak unveiled the pathway forward under AUKUS for Australia’s first submarines.

This is great news for the Peel Region, as the investment of billions of dollars into HMAS Stirling - in preparation for the arrival of US and UK nuclear submarines in 2027 - means more job opportunities and a boost to our region's economy.
